This
year, Paul and Gina are going to spend some more time exploring
an uninhabited stretch of coastline and offshore islands out of
Prince Rupert that has always been one of their favourite destinations.
Trips longer than three days will start by heading out through
Metlakatla Passage (link to that page) and then onto the North
West Coast for wilderness, wildlife, isolation, bird watching,
archeology, culture and much more. We might even run into some
whales. Last season we saw wolves, grizzly bears and lots of humpback
whales.
3 days - $550 per person
4 days - $800 per person
5
days - $1,200 per person including pick-up by the whale
watching boat at our destination and a tour of the humpback feeding
grounds on our way back to Prince Rupert. The Work Channel area
has some of the bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbest
humpback watching on the B.C. coast, whales the size of city buses
working the ocean for schools bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbof
herring.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and include all permits. Blackfish
does not collect G.S.T. or P.S.T. for tours on First Nations'
land.
Blackfish's strengths include Paul and Gina's years of sea kayaking,
camping and guiding experience on the North Coast, our top quality
Seaward equipment, and our agreements and relationship with both
Metlakatla and the Hereditary Chiefs.
